Vitals Recording

A consultation usually begins by recording vital signs — temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation, weight, height, and any other measurements relevant to the patient's condition.

Recorded vitals in the patient summary

The system validates entered measurements for completeness and consistency, and prompts for correction when a value is missing or looks abnormal. Validated vitals are stored and displayed in the patient summary for reference during the consultation.
